1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions under which SOK FINANCE (SIREN 442 950 655), a French société civile with registered office at 19 B avenue Robert Schuman, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, makes the sokfinance.com website (the "Website") and the services offered on it available to users.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing and using the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by any user (the "User"). If you disagree with all or part of these Terms, you are invited not to use the Website.

3. Access to the Website

SOK FINANCE makes every effort to ensure access to the Website 24/7, but cannot guarantee continuous availability and may suspend access to the Website, in particular for maintenance purposes, without this giving rise to any liability.

4. Services offered

The Website notably allows Users to:

• simulate various financing solutions (personal loan, auto loan, motorcycle loan, mobility loan, mortgage loan, home improvement loan);
• submit a request to be put in contact with SOK FINANCE with a view to assistance in finding financing;
• create a personal client area to track the progress of their file, exchange documents and access the contractual documents concerning them.

The simulations displayed on the Website are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a credit offer under any circumstances. They are based on standardized calculation assumptions and may differ from the actual terms offered by partner banking institutions.

5. Client area

Creating a client account requires providing a valid email address and a password. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any use of their account. They undertake to inform SOK FINANCE without delay of any unauthorized use of their account.

The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating their account and their financing requests.

6. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Website (text, images, logos, graphics, structure, database) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SOK FINANCE or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Personal data protection

SOK FINANCE processes Users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law. Data collected via the Website is necessary for processing financing requests and managing the client area.

In accordance with the regulations, the User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding their data, which they may exercise by writing to contact@sokfinance.com.

8. Cookies

12. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with SOK FINANCE, the User may refer the matter free of charge to a competent consumer mediator, under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to the User's right, when acting as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
